A RAPD marker specific to leaf shape of fig(Ficus carica)was developed and converted into SCAR marker for germplasm identification.RAPD amplifications with random primers S_ 2082 produced a unique fragment linking to the non-cordate base leaf shape.The unique fragment was extracted,cloned and sequenced.Sequencing results indicated that the size of the fragment was 1 640 bp.Specific primers were designed based on its sequence and used in SCAR-PCR,and it was showed that the RAPD marker from S_ 2082-1640 was successfully converted into SCAR marker.

介紹了應(yīng)用Pro/E軟件,對羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)的扭葉形三葉輪進(jìn)行參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)。應(yīng)用Pro/E能通過輸入葉輪不同段的參數(shù)方程,自動(dòng)繪制出復(fù)雜的葉輪齒形,并進(jìn)行三維實(shí)體造型,同時(shí)改變設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)就能方便地改變?nèi)~輪齒形。對設(shè)計(jì)出的葉輪還能進(jìn)行嚙合模擬、干涉檢查、葉輪配合間隙測量、面積利用系數(shù)計(jì)算等,大大提高了設(shè)計(jì)效率和設(shè)計(jì)精度,解決了常規(guī)設(shè)計(jì)方法很難或無法實(shí)現(xiàn)的一些問題。
