采用反相高效液相色譜法結(jié)合液-質(zhì)聯(lián)用技術(shù)對漆葉提取物進(jìn)行分離,并對其中的漆酚類化合物進(jìn)行定性分析。結(jié)果顯示:液相色譜分離得到10個(gè)峰,經(jīng)質(zhì)譜分析并結(jié)合文獻(xiàn),鑒定其中9個(gè)峰為C15或C17的飽和、單烯、二烯、及三烯漆酚類物質(zhì)。首次對漆葉中漆酚類化合物進(jìn)行了高效液相色譜-質(zhì)譜分離和定性分析,為漆葉的臨床應(yīng)用提供一定的理論依據(jù)。

A method of High-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) coupled with photodiode-array detection(DAD)techniques was developed for the simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid,echinacoside and cichoric acid in the roots,stems,leaves,and flowers respectively from Echinacea samples(Echinacea pallida,E.angustifolia,and E.purpurea).The analyses were carried out on a Shiseido C18 column,with mobile phase gradient.Detection wavelength was set at 329nm.The recovery,precision,stability and linearity for different compounds were satisfactory.
