工 業(yè) 管 道 工 程 施 工 及 驗 收 規(guī) 范 金屬管道篇 第一章 總則 第 1.0.1 條 本規(guī)范適用于冶金、石油、化工、機械、電力、輕工、紡織等行業(yè)的碳素鋼、合金鋼、不銹鋼、鑄 鐵、有色金屬工業(yè)管道的施工及驗收。其設計壓力為 3 毫米汞柱（絕壓）～ 1000 公斤力 /c ㎡（表壓，下同），設 計溫度為－ 200 ～ 850 ℃。 第 1.0.2 條 本規(guī)范不適用于： 一、設備本體所屬管道； 二、儀表管道； 三、非金屬管道； 四、核動力管道； 五、礦井專用管道； 六、干線管道〔注〕。 第 1.0.3 條 工業(yè)管道施工可按設計壓力為主要參數(shù)分級進行，見表 1.0.3 。 表 1.0.3 管道分級 注：工作壓力≥ 90 公斤 / ，且工作溫度≥ 500 ℃的蒸氣管道可升級為高壓管道。 注：①將煤氣由開采或生產(chǎn)區(qū)域送至城市居民及工業(yè)企業(yè)的煤氣管道； ②將石油由主泵站送至
