《鐵路隧道設(shè)計規(guī)范》是2017年1月25日實施的行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
近日,國家鐵路局發(fā)布《鐵路隧道設(shè)計規(guī)范》(TB 10003-2016)行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),自2017年1月25日起實施。
本規(guī)范是對2005版《鐵路隧道設(shè)計規(guī)范》的全面修訂,充分總結(jié)近年來我國鐵路隧道建設(shè)、運營的實踐經(jīng)驗和科研成果,貫徹落實安全優(yōu)先的原則,強(qiáng)化了質(zhì)量安全、節(jié)約資源、保護(hù)環(huán)境以及風(fēng)險防范、防災(zāi)減災(zāi)等技術(shù)要求,注重總體設(shè)計,結(jié)合我國國情、經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展水平、環(huán)境條件等因素,合理確定了不同運輸性質(zhì)類型、不同速度等級鐵路隧道的主要設(shè)計標(biāo)準(zhǔn),進(jìn)一步提升了設(shè)計規(guī)范的科學(xué)性和技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)合理性。新設(shè)計規(guī)范強(qiáng)調(diào)以人為本、服務(wù)運輸、技術(shù)先進(jìn)、經(jīng)濟(jì)耐久、便于養(yǎng)護(hù)維修的設(shè)計理念,適用于新建標(biāo)準(zhǔn)軌距鐵路隧道設(shè)計。 2100433B
