《鐵路隧道設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范（TB10003-2016 英文版）》由16章組成，包括總則、術(shù)語和符號(hào)、總體設(shè)計(jì)、隧道勘察、設(shè)計(jì)荷載、建筑材料、隧道洞口、隧道襯砌、洞內(nèi)附屬構(gòu)筑物及軌道、防水與排水、通風(fēng)與照明、特殊巖土和不良地質(zhì)、輔助坑道、施工方法及主要措施、隧道改建、環(huán)境保護(hù)，另有10個(gè)附錄。

《鐵路隧道設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》是2017年1月25日實(shí)施的行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

近日，國(guó)家鐵路局發(fā)布《鐵路隧道設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》（TB 10003-2016）行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，自2017年1月25日起實(shí)施。

本規(guī)范是對(duì)2005版《鐵路隧道設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》的全面修訂，充分總結(jié)近年來我國(guó)鐵路隧道建設(shè)、運(yùn)營(yíng)的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)和科研成果，貫徹落實(shí)安全優(yōu)先的原則，強(qiáng)化了質(zhì)量安全、節(jié)約資源、保護(hù)環(huán)境以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范、防災(zāi)減災(zāi)等技術(shù)要求，注重總體設(shè)計(jì)，結(jié)合我國(guó)國(guó)情、經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展水平、環(huán)境條件等因素，合理確定了不同運(yùn)輸性質(zhì)類型、不同速度等級(jí)鐵路隧道的主要設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，進(jìn)一步提升了設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范的科學(xué)性和技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)合理性。新設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范強(qiáng)調(diào)以人為本、服務(wù)運(yùn)輸、技術(shù)先進(jìn)、經(jīng)濟(jì)耐久、便于養(yǎng)護(hù)維修的設(shè)計(jì)理念，適用于新建標(biāo)準(zhǔn)軌距鐵路隧道設(shè)計(jì)。 2100433B
